This was looking pretty fine - 68 copies of the Frankie Machine album had been sold, with people being asked to Cough Up in January. Apparently shops in London would much rather have things hand delivered. Agent Alice was thanked heartily by the Board for all of her efforts.
FINANCE
Mr Fleay had brought the cheque book with him, which would later enable a Christmas Curry. He would forward documentation re. Prime to Mr Whitaker, and, as of 6th January, we would UNLEASH THE WHITAKER!
After a moment of awed silence at this terrible prospect, Mr Fleay reported that he had attempted to withdraw money from the PayPal account, and would report further anon.
THE BOOK
Everyone was advised to "get going" on this.
FRANKIE MACHINE
Mr Fleay reported that they had a gig coming up on the Saturday Afternoon to follow. He regretted to inform the meeting that "My Funny Valentine" was no longer appearing on that compilation,.but that he was Chasing Up A Lead to get the album AND a singles compilation released in America. COOL!

It was hoped that copies of this would be completed by Christmas, pending reciept of a cheque for VAT, which had not been added to the payment previously sent. The plan was for the album to come out in February, and for the band to then TOUR! They were dealing with a PR Woman (NOT called Karen) about this, and would also be liaising with AAS. Hoorah!

There had been no Drop recently, but Mr Fleay had recieved demo tapes containing a blind bass player and an ambient noise terrorist.
